Update the metadata and boilerplate

Update the document.xml file located under: 

for the core model: wg12-steplib/STEPlib/Core_model/document.xml

for the domain model: wg12-steplib/STEPlib/Application_protocols/AP2XX/document.xml

Some of the updates are obvious (version, N Numbers ....), the other are explained within comments tags inside the document.xml.

end of August 2024 - scripts are under developement and not yet on ISO git.

Build is ready for the static pages.
